The Mixed League Ball Hockey League is a semi-competitve high level co-ed ball hockey league that is played at the YWCA downtown. It's a fantastic league that is played four on four with any type of stick and above par playing abilities.

League Rules
1 One ref will be assigned for every game. The ref will do their best to keep track of GOALS, ASSISTS, and PENALTIES. There is a zero tolerance policy for abusing refs. You can be given a penalty, or thrown out of the game at the ref’s discretion for yelling/swearing/abusing them, and may be subsequently suspended upon review.
